AT-1200QC Rotary Powder Feeder
The AT-1200QC powder feeder is aimed directly at improving process throughput by reducing the time needed for powder change over. Delays are minimized because the interchangeable powder canisters allow for powder changeover and maintenance away from the production area without disturbing any process that is in progress. This allows multiple canisters to be readied before they are needed. This flexibility coupled with very short changeover times to replace the canister when the process is paused can be a significant productivity boost. Multiple canisters can also reduce the time needed for cleanup when changing between powder types, as there are minimal common contact surfaces in the base cabinet that need to be cleaned if powders are placed in different canisters.
 
The powder in the waiting canisters is kept dry through use of the available warming platform, assuring that the prepped canister has minimal moisture content when placed into production. Additionally, the platform provides a stable surface for canister refilling and minor maintenance.
