The SG-100 is a robust and proven plasma torch with plenty of options. This multimode torch can spray subsonic, Mach I, and Mach II - depending on hardware. Available in standard, 90 degree, and interior diameter extension configurations.
 
Following are general descriptions for each Cathode available for your SG-100 Plasma Torch. Cathodes pair with Anodes as described below:

THE "104" CATHODE IS STRICTLY FOR USE IN THE MACH II ANODES. THESE INCLUDE THE 842083100, 844083100, 844083100i

THE "112" CATHODE IS STRICTLY FOR USE IN THE MACH I ANODES. THESE INCLUDE THE 842083155, 842083355, 842083358, 844083155, 844083355, 844083358 ANODES.

THE "720" CATHODE IS USED WITH ANY SUB-SONIC ANODE RUNNING NORMAL TO HIGHER THAN NORMAL GAS FLOWS. 120 SCFH TOTAL ARC GAS FLOW IS NORMAL FOR THE SG100
 
PART NO. 842083120
THE "120" CATHODE IS THE PREDECESSOR TO THE "720" CATHODE. USED UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS AND IS STILL A SPEC. CATHODE FOR SOME MANUFACTURERS COATING SPECS.

THE "129" CATHODE IS USED WITH ANY SUB-SONIC ANODE RUNNING NORMAL TO LOWER THAN NORMAL GAS FLOWS. 120 SCFH TOTAL ARC GAS FLOW IS NORMAL FOR THE SG100
